NobreTech ICT is a business in the Information Technology industry that facilitates the buying and reselling of Information Technology items.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within three (3) days, and delivery will be confirmed by way of courier.
3. Export Restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
5. Customer Privacy Policy

6. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express cards, or by bank transfer into the NobreTech ICT account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
8. Responsibility
NobreTech ICT takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and NobreTech ICT chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
